Government orders clubs to close to reduce infection rates. Clubs throw closing parties.
The Ministry of Health announced tighter measures on March 24 to minimize the further spread of COVID-19 in Singapore, including the closure of entertainment venues.
With the month-long closure to start in less than two days, a number of clubs have announced “farewell parties” and promotions for guests on March 25 and 26.
To really get the attendance they need to further spread the virus at maximum potential, they even wave cover charges of usually up to $600 per table.
